Creative Craft Show

The Creative Craft Show is set to make a grand return to Scottish Exhibition Conference, Glasgow from the 23rd to 26th October featuring the popular Stitching Show. This event promises to be a haven for knitting, cross stitch, dressmaking, and stitching enthusiasts, offering the latest supplies, ideas, and innovations in the craft and hobby world.

Running concurrently with The Creative Craft Show is the ever-popular Simply Christmas, a festive extravaganza where visitors can explore handcrafted glassware, toys, ceramics, pottery, jewellery, woodwork, and Christmas accessories from talented independent makers.

Held annually, the event brings together makers from across the UK, offering the perfect opportunity to network, share ideas and learn from other crafters. Explore the exhibitor stalls, take part in hands on workshops and watch live demonstrations from some of the most talented crafters and artists in the country.

New features for 2025 include British patented silver jewellery from artist Elizabeth Hunt, a chance to ‘have a go at enamelling’ with The Guild of Enamellers, and Glasgow’s very own Sara Melville who will be demonstrating her mosaic skills.

This year at the Glasgow show as well as established crafters exhibiting, a range of small independent business will be coming together to showcase kits, finished crafts and supplies in the new Makers Market feature.

There will be everything from charts and patterns, to fabrics, yarns, threads, and buttons, with opportunities to gain advice from professional crafters, as well as the chance to try something new in the workshop dens and Make and Take sessions.

From complete beginners to established crafters and artists, the Creative Craft and Stitching Show has something for everybody, and visitors can stock up on a huge array of art and craft goods, taking advantage of the special show prices.

Visitors to the Creative Craft Show can dive into a wide range of practical workshops and demonstrations, providing opportunities to try something new and come away with a finished craft.
