The world-famous illuminations need little introduction. With six miles of traditional festoons, tableaux and interactive features along the promenade and laser light shows on the Comedy Carpet, no wonder its commonly known as the greatest FREE light show on Earth! Blackpool illuminations are shining nightly until 4th January 2026, as we welcome another extended season.
The Illuminations will be lit nightly, with earlier switch-on times as the nights draw in. On the last night, 4th January 2026, they will shine from 16:30 to 22:30
