Like standard golf, disc golf is played over nine or 18 holes. But, instead of clubs and balls, you throw specially designed flying discs towards a metal basket. The aim is to get your disc into the basket in the lowest number of throws.
Just like using a variety of clubs in golf, you use different discs for different throws. Some are made for long distances, while others curve right or left, or even roll across the ground.
