Steely Don live at Woodford Memorial Community Hall

Steely Don is an 11 piece band based in the North of England, dedicated to playing the music of Steely Dan and Donald Fagen. The aim of the band is to deliver authentic performances of songs from the back catalogue of these highly regarded musicians and songwriters, who produced music that blended elements of Rock, Jazz, Latin, R&B, Soul and Blues.
The band consists of Lead Vocal, 2 Backing Vocals, Guitar/Vocal, Keyboards, Bass, Drums, Tenor/Soprano Sax, Baritone/Alto Sax, Trumpet, Trombone.
Expect to hear the hits Reelin in the years, Do it again, FM, Josie, Peg, Rikki dont lose that number, Kid Charlemagne..as well as a selection of deep cuts and classic album tracks.
The band members are all massive fans of Steely Dan, and its an on-going labour of love to recreate the music as faithfully and accurately as possible.
