MacArts are delighted to welcome the return of one of Scotland's biggest ever dance acts to Galashiels. Emerging for Hawick way back in 1992 the band have gone on to have 7 albums with the 8th due in 2025. The band re-released the anthem 'Freedom' at the start of 1997 which gave the band its 3rd UK top 40 record, reaching Number 22 in the UK Top 40 and Number 1 in the Scottish charts. QFX would be back in the UK top 40 with their remix of the Italian artist Gala with "Freed from Desire" which reached no 2 in the uk Top 40 in 1997 and would become one of the biggest dance records of all time.
