Myopia What Happens Next UK tour Face Bar - Reading

MYOPIA
Forming out of two small neighbouring towns near Colchester Essex comes genre-defying alternative rock band Myopia. With influences including Muse, Radiohead and Keane, Myopia released their debut album Living on Sixes in 2020.

Since then, the band paved the way for a brand-new era of dynamic sounds and aesthetics, unleashing their second studio album Mind Party in August 2024. The project showcased DIY music-making at its finest and garnered attention from various radio stations, including the New Music Generator, winning NMG Rock Artist of the Year in 2024.

The duo will be taking the stage once again with the 2026 tour What Happens Next promoting their upcoming EP, and with nine dates currently scheduled across February, March and April, each performance will showcase both current and new music.

Myopias songwriting is a rich musical tapestry, with layers of meaning and emotion to be uncovered. Its the very soul of its creator: ever-changing, ever-growing, Myopias sound knows no bounds.

TWIN SKELETONS
South of the UKs Twin Skeletons are ready to show what their bones are truly made of. Theyre Bubble Gum Doom, theyre Glitter Metal, theyre Brat Punk. With their all or nothing approach to putting on a show and undeniable writing talent they are looking to make a serious dent within the industry by putting all their effort into bringing the sound of the early Alternative Festival line ups back to the forefront of the alt scene by using their metal inspired coming of age sound.

A DIFFERENT KITCHEN
Since forming in 2023, A Different Kitchen have specialised in writing thoughtful and achingly personal songs, designed for live consumption - leading to national radio coverage from Tom Robinson and Emily Pilbeam on BBC Radio 6 Music. Having received accolades from the pair, the post-punk outfit have since been tipped as Ones to Watch in 2025 by their local BBC Introducing station. This label is one that the 5-piece outfit have strived to pursue, with two EP releases this year, leading to a slot at Sheffields Get Together Festival in May, alongside emerging acts such as English Teacher, Swim Deep and Adult DVD. After a sold-out EP release party at The Finsbury, London, A Different Kitchen are riding a wave of momentum having recently announced a debut UK tour culminating in their second self-produced EP, 'Revolt' , on November 7th.

A Different Kitchen write music for live consumption. The group aim to create an experience that leaves a long-lasting impact on their audience, through extreme dynamics, unsettling chord voicings and raw emotion. Music should always be about feeling. A Different Kitchen embrace this to bring their listeners on a journey, connecting with people through real experiences and interactions. Thoughtfully crafted lyrics and harmony gives the band an outlet to express their own vulnerabilities as individuals on stage and in the studio, creating an art piece that remains as fragile as the source from which it was conceptualised
