BCCS ANNUAL CONVENTION 2025 - 30th Anniversary Year

The next annual BCCS Convention will take place on Saturday 18th October 2025 at Stratford Manor Hotel, Stratford-upon-Avon and with the 30th anniversary of the BCCS falling this year we are looking forward to seeing as many members as possible.

Stratford Manor Hotel is set in 22 acres of countryside yet, is just a 10-minute car or bus ride from both historic Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick.

There is a wide variety of things to do in the local area - Warwick Castle [https://www.warwick-castle.com/], the interactive MAD museum of Mechanical Art and Design [https://themadmuseum.co.uk/] and Stratford Butterfly Farm [https://www.butterflyfarm.co.uk/]are all reachable within 10 minutes.

TicketSourceis authorised to sell tickets on behalf of the BCCS.

Booking deadlines:

Sellers/table bookings: 6th September 2025
Standard entry (no table): 27th September 2025

Cancellations:

Before Friday 19th September:You can apply via TicketSource to cancel your booking and get a refund for your ticket. Please note booking fees and XCover protection are not refundable (youare notrequired to take XCover protection in order to request a refund at this stage).
From Friday 19th September - Thursday 2nd October:Refunds are at the discretion of the BCCS for exceptional circumstances, please contact bccs1995.convention@gmail.com
After Thursday 2nd October:Refunds are unfortunately not possible at this point. This is because the BCCS has to pay the hotel in full two weeks before the event based on the numbers booked.

Please remember that this is a BCCS member-only event (with guests).

ACCOMMODATION
We have negotiated a group booking discount for 20 rooms at Stratford Manor on Friday and Saturday night.

These should be available to book from 3rd Jan 2025.

Rates:

Single room:114 B&B
Double room:124 B&B
To book one of the special rate rooms,please call 0330 1071599 quoting 'British Compact Collector's Society'and mention the event.
If you need an accessible room please request one when booking. There are five available at the hotel.
If stairs are difficult for you (but you don't need an accessible room) please also mention this at booking.

Please note: the hotel cannot guarantee this same rate will be available once the 20 rooms have been sold.
