From Bristol to the Tehran marathon and back again, Bobak invites us to join him on a journey to accept his own heritage, against a media culture which holds fast to the idea that the Middle East is a frightening and dangerous place. Through meeting a series of weird and wonderful characters from across the world, Bobak is finally able to truly know himself. This is a beautiful story that will have you laughing-out-loud and leave you feeling full of hope. After the show, enjoy a chat as we serve traditional Persian tea and date biscuits called Kolompeh.
