Feeo + Ugnė Uma + Radio Hito

Three essential artists shaping hazy, experimental worlds of minimal electronics, voice and ambient poetics. All tipped across 2025’s end-of-year lists. Firmly essential listening!

feeo \[AD 93\]

feeo released her debut album Goodness on AD 93 in October 2025 - an impressionistic mix of drone, ambient, experimental electronics, improvisation and minimalist dance music. The record is illuminated by striking vocals and poetic language, shifting fluidly between forms and voices. Outside of feeo, Laird is one half of Crosspiece with bassist Caius Williams and a member of the GRAIN Residency for improvised and experimental music.

Ugnė Uma \[Somewhere Press\]

Ugnė Uma draws from poetry and Lithuania’s 20th-century underground jazz and folk scenes that emerged alongside the country’s independence movements. As well as an art writer and essayist, in 2023 she released with Sam Gendel on Meakusma. In November 2025, she unveiled her first solo release on Somewhere Press: a smoky, dim-lit 7" that sold out instantly on Boomkat followed by a sold out repress on Bandcamp.

Radio Hito makes quietly captivating music built around soft electronics, piano and voice with italophone lyrics and poetic influences. Her songs feel intimate and understated, blending simple melodies with poetic lyrics and subtle repetition, sitting somewhere between experimental and ambient songwriting.
