Join us at Mansfield Traquair, Edinburgh on 14th & 15th March 2026 for the third year of this much-loved festival, brought to you by the expert team behind Whisky Fringe and Royal Mile Whiskies.

Explore a world of over 150 spirits from top producers across categories including Tequila & Mezcal (agave spirits), Brandy, Gin, Liqueurs, Vermouth, Rum, and Whisky. Try something new, discover future favourites, and pick up inspiration for easy serves and cocktails you can make at home.

You can taste spirits on their own, with hand-selected mixers, or as part of curated cocktails designed to be both delicious and doable in your own kitchen. Back again this year, our cocktail demonstration area will be in full swing, with expert bartenders sharing easy tips, techniques, and recipes to elevate your home cocktail game.
