Dorothy Bird "Whispering Paper" Album Launch

Experience Whispering Paper live as Dorothy Bird brings her atmospheric singer-songwriter art-pop to the stage. Blending ethereal synth textures, deep bass lines, and soaring vocals with piano, guitar, and dynamic rhythms, she creates an intimate yet cinematic soundscape.

Following the success of her debut album Belongingpraised as masterful (fifty3) and uplifting and haunting (Joyzine) - Whispering Paper marks her second full-length release. Her music has been featured on BBC Introducing, and in 2024, she performed at Liverpools Yoko Ono Lennon Tung Auditorium.

Joined by Jon Lawton (guitar), Ryan Mallows (drums), and Kathy Halter (backing vocals & synth), Dorothy Bird invites you into a world of sound where vulnerability meets strength and dreams meet reality. With songs exploring connection, the nature of emotions, and hope, this performance promises to be an immersive journey through the rich sonic landscapes of her new album.
