Following their highly successful gig in 2022, the Doncaster Jazz Alumni (formerly known as Doncaster Jazz Orchestra), a really great big band whose local name belies the national prominence of its musicians, returns for another special gig. Those appearing are professional musicians who have a long-standing relationship with the Doncaster Youth Jazz Association. Some - including Reuben Fowler, Rory Ingham, Matt Robinson and Nadim Teimoori - have jazz recording credits as contributors or key members of leading bands. Check out all the musicians mentioned online to see the star names with whom they have collaborated. Expect another stylistically diverse programme with all the proceeds again going to the Doncaster Youth Jazz Association.
