As the only airport actually in London, London City Airport is less than a mile from the world-class events venue ExCeL London, three miles from Canary Wharf and six miles from the City of London.
London City Airport Docklands Light Railway station makes transport to and from the airport fast and convenient with trains departing every 8 to 15 minutes, with journey times of less than seven minutes to Canning Town or Woolwich Arsenal, and 17 minutes to Stratford International. The closest tube station to London City Airport is Canning Town on the Jubilee Line. However, it would be advisable to change to the DLR at this station as the two lines connect here.
It will take you 22 minutes to get to Bank station on the DLR from London City Airport and from there you can easily travel on to all of London’s main stations.
