Q.    The promotion offer is “Double Points on Every Qualified Stay when a Best Western Rewards member completes a qualified stay between September 2, 2025 – November 30, 2025.”  What is a “qualified stay”?
A.    A “qualified stay” for the purpose of this promotion is defined as a stay of at least one night at any Best Western® branded hotel, with the exception of a stay booked through an online travel agency, a stay booked through a tour operator, or a stay booked at a special discounted rate (see Best Western Rewards programme rules for further information on eligibility criteria at Terms of Use | Best Western Hotels). 

Q.    How long does it take to receive the Double Points after a Best Western Rewards member completes a qualified stay? 
A.    Best Western Rewards members who have qualified for the promotion will receive the Double Points approximately 2 weeks after they have completed the qualified stay.     

Q.    Do Best Western Rewards members need to be REGISTERED for this promotion to be eligible to earn the Double Points? 
A.    Yes.  Best Western Rewards members must be REGISTERED for the promotion PRIOR to their qualified stay.   Best Western Rewards members can register for the promotion online, by logging into their Best Western Rewards account profile and registering through their profile, at bestwestern.co.uk/globaldoublepoints, or at the property front desk.

Q.    Is there a limit to the number of times a Best Western Rewards member can earn Double Points during the promotion period?    
A.    No. There is no limit to the number of Double Points a Best Western Rewards member can earn during the promotion period. “Double Points” for the purpose of this promotion means you will earn a bonus equal to the base Points earned during your stay. Promotion is subject to cancellation or change without notice.

Q.    If a guest doesn’t receive their Double Points within 2 weeks from the completed stay, who should they contact?  
A.    They will need to contact the Best Western Rewards Team at 0800 393130.

Q. Can all Best Western Rewards members participate?
A.    Yes, all Best Western Rewards members are eligible for this promotion. The qualified stay can be completed at any Best Western branded hotel globally.

Q.     Why doesn’t Best Western automatically register all existing Best Western Rewards members into the seasonal promotions? 
A.   Asking customers to register for promotions engages them with our Best Western Rewards programme and with our brand, and it ensures that Best Western is in their travel considerations. It also helps us measure the effectiveness of our promotions, allowing us to continue to promote some of the richest offers in the market today.

Terms and Conditions*

Best Western Rewards® (“BWR®”) members (“Rewards Member(s)”) who (a) register for this promotion on bestwestern.co.uk/globaldoublepoints or as otherwise permitted (e.g., at the front desk of any Best Western® branded hotel) and (b) complete a qualified stay* between September 2, 2025 and November 30, 2025 (“Promotion Period”) at any Best Western branded hotel globally, will earn Double Points** for completion of the qualified stay.

There is no limit to the number of Double Points a Rewards Member can earn during the Promotion Period. Rewards Members’ earning preference must be set to BWR points (“Points”). Promotion registration and BWR enrollment/membership is required prior to the first qualified stay. Qualified stays completed prior to promotion registration and BWR enrollment/membership will not count towards satisfying the promotion requirements. BWR enrollment may be completed by visiting bestwestern.co.uk/globaldoublepoints.  

No extensions, substitutions, or replacements are available. Promotion is non-transferable. Promotion is not valid with any other offer, promotion, or discount. Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Promotion is subject to cancellation or change without notice. All BWR programme rules apply. * A “qualified stay” for the purpose of this promotion is defined as a stay of at least one night at any Best Western branded hotel, at a rate eligible for earning Points, with the exception of a stay booked through an online travel agency, booked through a tour operator, or booked at a special discounted rate (see BWR programme rules for further information on qualifying criteria). Qualified stays that take place during the Promotion Period must be completed on or before November 30, 2025 to be counted towards the promotion.
