Complimentary Continental Breakfast is available and its time vary from weekdays to weekends. Breakfast hours are informed at the time of check in of the Guest. Pool is available only to the registered Guests at the time of check in. An extra Guest charge (not registered at the time of check in) to access the pool is $50.00 USD. Single bed room allows one Guest and Double Queen bed rooms allows two Guests to access the Pool for free. Hotel is not pet friendly. A fine of $500.00 USD will be charged if a pet is in the room or in the Property. No pets are allowed. Single King rooms are only located on the second floor. No connecting rooms are available. Hotel has no elevator. Rooms reserved cannot be guaranteed on a certain floor or a specific location of the hotel. It is based upon availability at the time of arrival and during the check in process and not in days, weeks or months in advance. An incidentals security deposit of $100.00 USD is mandatory at the time of check in. Debit and Credit cards from a formal bank are required to pay for the stay. Cash App, Pay Pal and other related virtual card types are not accepted as an incidentals security deposit or payment for a stay in the Hotel. Debit and credit cards are required to have a chip integrated. Tap of any card or to enter a card manually by typing its number in the credit card processor is not allowed. If leaving cash for incidentals security deposit, a $100.00 USD is required. This amount would only be returned to the guest if it is visually confirmed by the Hotel's Staff that the room has no damages at the check out time.
